Say Hello to Our May Newfins!

April showers bring May flowers, and this season, Redfin is truly blooming—we’re thrilled to welcome more than 40 new real estate agents to our growing team. Each of these talented professionals brings fresh energy, local expertise, and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support their growth and success, and excited for the many ways they’ll help us continue raising the bar in real estate. Welcome to the team!

I’m always excited to see familiar faces come back to Redfin. This month, one of those people is Jill Rush, who is joining us to serve customers in northern Idaho! Jill has more than 20 years of real estate experience, including seven with Redfin’s Seattle Eastside team. She stepped away when she relocated to Sandpoint, Idaho—an area where Redfin didn’t yet have a presence—and continued her real estate journey with Sotheby’s. Now that Redfin has expanded its Idaho operations, we’re beyond excited to welcome Jill back to the team. Fun fact: Redfin is a family affair for Jill. Both of her daughters have worked here, and one still does!

We’re also thrilled to welcome Aldo Gonzalez to our Los Angeles office. Aldo brings deep-rooted knowledge of the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys. He began his real estate career in 2002 and has gained experience with eXp and several local brokerages. Now, Aldo has joined Redfin, drawn by the powerful tools, technology, and support that help agents better serve their clients and grow their business.
