Say hello to our July Newfins!

As buyers and sellers begin shifting their focus toward fall, so are we. With our integration into Rocket Companies, we’re expanding our reach, enhancing our technology, and bringing even more value to clients across the country. The peak buying and selling season may be winding down, but we’re just getting started—and welcoming more than 40 new agents to our team!

Please join me in giving a warm welcome to Sandra Glaser, one of several new additions to our New York office! A native New Yorker with more than 22 years of real estate experience, Sandra got her start managing rental properties in the Bronx with her parents. She went on to grow her career at RE/MAX and Douglas Elliman, eventually starting her own company. When she heard about Redfin joining forces with Rocket, she leapt at the chance to come on board.

“Two months ago, I attended an educational conference where I saw a presentation about Redfin’s acquisition by Rocket, Rocket’s acquisition of Mr. Cooper, and other industry changes. As a broker, I’ve seen the market shift—homeowners aren’t selling because of their low interest rates, and there are fewer buyers due to high rates. With all the new technology and AI entering the space, I decided to look into Redfin,” Sandra said. “I’m already working with 10 new customers, and I’m excited about growing my business and helping more people achieve their dream of homeownership.”

We’re also thrilled to welcome Daryl Gayhardt to our Maryland office! Like his New York counterpart Sandra, Daryl brings 22 years of real estate experience to the team. In 2008, he shifted his focus to the resale market, building his career with Coldwell Banker and Central Properties.
