The Gen Z want to own their homes. An impressive 30% of 25-year-olds currently own their homes, beating out 28% of millennials and 27% of Gen Xers when they were 25. Gen Z makes up people who were born between 1997 and 2012, which means many members of this generation are just now becoming adults while others are still in middle school.
